Poste proposé : Senior Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

The Solutions Consulting team is a team of technology, industry and business process experts. that support direct sales to prospects, customers, and partners. Bloomreach has a “pod” model with both regional (GTM) and global (Product) teams. 
For our EMEA Enterprise SC team, we have an open position for a Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Content Management and Commerce Experience Solutions. 
As a Bloomreach Senior Solutions Engineer / Solutions Architect, your job would be to partner with our sales team, helping drive value for our customers by bringing use cases to life through technical deliverables and pre-sales consultancy to find the best possible solution for each prospect or client.
You would be the trusted technical advisors of our high-energy, high-performance sales team and drive key stages of the sales cycle which focus on technical aspects like infrastructural and architectural discovery, solution design, and technical validation. 
Together with your team, you will help identify key technical proof points during sales cycles and show prospects how to solve these needs using Bloomreach. You will be hands-on in drive the development of custom PoC’s and, one up and running, will lead technical and architectural discussion and Q&A sessions needed to get to the technical win.

  • Acting as the Bloomreach product expert to support the Sales team in a pre-sales capacity
  • Supporting the Sales team by helping prospects understand what value Bloomreach uniquely offers using compelling product demonstrations and presentations. 
  • Develop custom demos and proof of concepts (POCs) in competitive sales cycles to clearly articulate areas of differentiation in the Bloomreach solutions
  • Understanding the business and technical needs of the customer and aligning the Bloomreach solutions’ value propositions to those needs
  • Translating customer and partner requirements into (technical) solutions and solution designs
  • Acting as developer advocate & expert to partners, customers and prospects
  • Participate in answering RFP’s and RFI’s (in cooperation with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Infosec teams)
  • Communicate product feedback and needs from prospects and customer to product management, marketing, and sales
Profil recherché pour le poste : Senior Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a BA/BS degree
  • Has 1+ years of technical sales experience (Content Management, Commerce or Enterprise Search) and can drive a complex technical sales process;
  • Has 3+ years of experience in modern Web Development with CMS, eCommerce and related technologies (PIM / DAM)  is highly appreciated;
  • Proven hands-on experience  developing with current web technologies like React / NextJS, Vue and RESTfull APIs in the context of ecommerce or general web development;
  • Has affinity with driving best in class, end-to-end Commerce Experiences across Acquisition, Engagement, Conversion and Loyalty 
  • Can articulate the value of the implementation tools, frameworks and algorithms that enable meaningful personalized digital experiences;
  • Has outstanding communication and presentation skills (spoken and written) and comfortable to converse with both business and technical audiences
  • Is a native Dutch, German or French speaker and fluent in English. 
  • Is a self-starter, good at multitasking, and committed to upholding the highest level of standards in the team’s execution of the sales process, including Request for Proposals (RFP) submissions, discovery and delivery
  • Is open to travel up to 25% across EMEA and collaborate (remotely) with our global teams
  • Identifies strongly with our company values, is open to learning and inspires having impact having a profound impact on our growing team and performance in EMEA
