Poste proposé : Consumer Engagement Executive

Missions :

  • Propose with EGTC marketing director yearly CE plan
  • Ensure great execution of  agreed plan between EGTC & PMI
  • Provide assistance to sales force for Trade program execution
  • Lead trade advocacy program
  • Provide actionable consumer insights

During CE activity

  • Participate to the recruitment process of Sales Assistant (hostesses)
  • Organize, train and supervise Sales Assistant during CE
  • Support team deployment on-ground and deliver on-the-job training for achieving a high level of activities execution
  • Check PM cigarettes availability and visibility in selected Touch points and work with merchandisers to ensure all is sorted
  • Build route plan with PMI Supervisor, adapt based on cycle activities and share with Marketing Manager for validation
  • Deliver set objective during  CE (number of direct contacts consumers, success rate, touch points’ activation rate, number of  worked days, etc.)
  • Provide regular feedbacks on activity  performance and submit reports with numbers and insights to marketing Manager for view before sending to PMI


Trade advocacy

  • In charge of trade advocacy program implementation,
  • Finalize with the PMI supervisor outlets selection,
  • Participante in Trade meetings
  • Manage the inventory of reward products and any premiums related to consumer engagement



  • Propose a strategy for LAMPs in the Country (Structure, Visibility materials, brands)
  • Build call plan of all HORECA within the area in charge ()
  • Ensure PMI product availability and availability in all LAMPs
  • Propose an activation plan for HORECA in the area and ensure high level execution one finalized
  • Drive DCC, trial and conversion of legal age smokers to PMI brands
  • Provide a weekly report with relevant consumer insights and competitive intelligence
Profil recherché pour le poste : Consumer Engagement Executive


  • Any University Degree and at least 2 years track record in a middle ranking Sales / Marketing / Customer facing role.


  • Sales or relevant industry related experience in FMCG, ideally beverage industry, with proven experience in dealing with retail customers 
  • Journey planning techniques
  • Persuasive selling
  • Grasp of promotion and merchandising techniques
  • Inquisitive approach to brands, markets and competition
  • Bilingual English / spanich is an advantage
  • Healthy and physically robust
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Good driver with a valid license 


  • Achieves volume, share, and distribution targets.
  • Perfect Sales drivers standards / Project cool deliver ROI and marketing activities in his territory delivers required uplifts.
  • Target calls to maximise return on investment (Segment prioritization). Sells directly to outlets in opportunity Out of Stock situations.
  • Fights competition effectively by monitoring activities, taking action to counter, reporting upwards
  • Ensures achievement of customer call targets by determining logical, efficient journey plans for himself, and advising Van Teams on journey plans Drives for superb implementation of the Commercial plans at the point of purchase in order to maximise Sales Driver effectiveness, Return on Investment & Brand objectives. 
  • Delivery of FSE and VSM scorecard KPIs in owns territory.
  • Take ownership on own development and ensure regular ICAT development plan reviews with Line Manager. (Mastery in SOE )
